Single source The charter is rendered from C:/Users/MarkSnyder/Downloads/unified-build-dev/CHARTER.md in the build repo. It is not copied here, so it cannot drift. Read it unresolved.
Progress, repository, knowledge base, white papers and decision log for the
ProPharma Unified Build — ERP, CRM, order portal and DSCSA compliance on ERPNext/Frappe,
replacing Acumatica, HubSpot and BigCommerce.
No content is authored in this portal. Every document is surfaced from a file in
C:/Users/MarkSnyder/Downloads/unified-build-dev or in the PPD outputs directory, with its path, modification time and SHA-256
shown on the page.
Progress is derived by counting what is actually in the repo, not from a list somebody
maintains. No completeness percentage is invented from those counts.
Freshness is enforced: every source is aged against a per-category policy and the banner at
the top of every page turns amber or red when a source is past it. A status board that cannot go
red is decoration.
For the other orchestrators
Fetch /llms.txt unresolved first — it lists every document with
its Markdown URL. /api/index.json unresolved has the same content
